Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

This policy explains what information harshvrdhanrathore.com collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. The site is run by Harshvrdhan Rathore, an independent SAP MM / IS-Retail consultant and trainer based in Jaipur, India.

What I collect

Through the enquiry form I collect only what you type in:

If you buy a course, I also ask for the Gmail ID you want the course documents shared with.

Why I collect it

I do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing, and I do not send newsletters unless you ask for them.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are saved in a private Google Sheet that only I can open, and the message itself is sent through WhatsApp, which handles it under its own privacy policy. Course documents are shared through Google Drive with the one Gmail ID you give me.

Visit statistics

I use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: the pages visited, how visitors found the site (for example Google search or LinkedIn), the device type, the approximate location (country and city) and which buttons are clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies for this. It does not tell me who you are, and I do not use it for advertising. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Cookies and third-party content

This site does not use advertising cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts. The live page shows players and chat from YouTube, Twitch and Kick; when you play or interact with them, those services may set their own cookies under their own policies.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry details for as long as they are useful for the conversation or project, and course access records for as long as your access is active. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you have shared. Send a request through the enquiry form or on WhatsApp and I will act on it within a reasonable time, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
