Refund policy

This policy covers payments for SAP MM and SAP MM + IS Retail courses bought on harshvrdhanrathore.com through WhatsApp.
Courses
The course is delivered as digital documents, and access is given to your Gmail ID as soon as payment is confirmed. Because the full material can be read from that moment, course fees are not refundable once access has been shared.
Not sure which course fits you? Ask on WhatsApp before you pay. I will tell you honestly whether it suits your background and goal.
When you will get your money back
- Duplicate payment. If you pay twice by mistake, the extra payment is refunded in full.
- Access not given. If I cannot give you access after payment, you get a full refund.
Access problems
If the documents do not open with your Gmail ID, send me a message on WhatsApp. I will fix the access, or share it with a corrected Gmail ID, as quickly as possible.
Workshops and consulting
Corporate workshops and consulting engagements follow the payment and cancellation terms agreed in writing for that engagement.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 7 working days.
